Reykjavík Umbra Institute is a small, independent institute of higher learning on the Reykjavík harbor. Since 1972 we have offered programs in Law, Engineering, Business, Computer Science and Psychology, taught in small classes by instructors who still work in their fields. Every student finishes with an independent research project, because we believe the best way to learn a discipline is to add something new to it.
